    They are my closest IGA, but I regularly to drive to the Falcon IGA, not just because the prices are better, but because most of the staff there are helpful and a LOT more friendly.

    I've found the checkout staff void of service skills most of the time, and outright rude on a couple occasions.

    This Iga has great food and fresh, however, there are staff there that don't care, keep you waiting, and one in particular is rude ..... go to Coles or Woollies if you can

    They are still learning that you have to do more than just 'being here' to gain local support, especially when your prices are a noticable cut above anywhere else.

    it's a franchise shopping chain that offers some locally produced foods at a premium price along with general supermarket goods at a higher price than Coles/Woolworths plus occassionaly a small range of discounted goods.
